Because we have agreements with more than 40 of Australia’s largest vendors, we can provide a wide range of voice options that have different features, functionality, and price points, giving us the flexibility to offer our customers what they need.
As the copper network has almost entirely been phased out, traditional landlines and ISDN services have been replaced with VoIP fixed voice services and SIP trunks. So, whether you just need voice services or SIP trunks to connect with your existing PBX, we have a multitude of options available for you.
Telco Broker can also review your existing bill and depending on the service provide you with up to three quotes from different providers.

- Line rental and hosting of voice channels
- Provide competitive rates on calls to local, national, mobiles, international numbers and special services, unlimited call plan options are also available
- DID (Direct Inward Dialling) management, this service allows for a specific phone number to automatically be routed to a specific user without having to go through reception
- Phone number ranges (i.e., 100 number Direct In Dial (DID) Range, DID Range), we can offer sets of DIDs to be used as direct extensions to specific users or groups
- Localised landline numbers dependent on your state (02, 03, 07, 08)
- SIP Trunking / Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) – this is a digital method of making and receiving fixed voice calls over an internet connection, we work with both existing and new on-premise phone systems. For older systems we can provide IP cards and add an ISDN gateway
